Administration Policy

It is a necessity for Cafer Sadık Abalıoğlu Holding Inc. companies to achieve a "system dependant" management understanding as well as depending on personal  abilities.

The meaning emphasized in "system" is to operate in integration considering the integrity of Holding in order to achieve a result in our smallest unit by using all the resources we can reach in a scientific approach.

According to this; as year 1998 to be a starting period, all of our decisions, business processes and our habit of doing business will be considered again, the ones which are for the sake of the Group will be preserved and the others will be changed and improved in the following years.

It is aimed to make our Holding and our companies become “learning and self-managing, lean organizations”. If we define the smallest unit in our companies as our employees, our basic target is to make each of our employees learn, improve and manage the business they do. All the training programmes related to this target will be planned in the basis of personal development planning and the participation of all the units will be promoted.

In Holding companies; bureaucracy will be to the necessary and usefull extend. The reason lying under this is to make the decision making process productive and efficient.

While achieving all of these targets; team working will be one of the most important methods applied. We aim at composing teams which maximize the benefits of our Group by supporting each other and working in unity and cooperaion in our companies. However, this understanding should not prevent the competition which is the base of creativity. The most important duty of our managers in our companies is to help us achieve this target.

For the learning organization; all of our employees would improve themselves by training. If any of our managers want to improve their career, they should train and improve their employees. This is the main condition of being promoted.

For the success of our lean organization understanding transfer of authority is essential. The basic task of a manager is to guide, pursue and audit his staff by transfer of authority as well as doing business.

It is necessary that our employees would assume the “management by objectives”  principle in order to achieve success and be objective in measuring. For this, we should work in a planned and budgeted manner. We should assume a style that is reasonable, based on scientific reality and far from instinct numbers when making our plans about our future. It is essential to reach our goals.

Another important point in our administration policy is “The Philosophy of Total Quality”. We would like to achieve customer satisfaction by having a participative and efficient management understanding.

Also, “all of our employees are responsible for preserving the company and Group interests in their responsibility field“. None of the personal and departmantal interests can be of more priority than company and group interests. The interests of our Group are at the same time the interests of our companies.

We can define the administration understanding of our companies as; depending on the philosophy of “People First”, adopting the culture of Total Quality, having a lean organization structure, learning and self-managing itself, managed by objectives and systematic approach, an efficient administration style. Moreover, this understanding is the indicator that we have adopted an administration style that is participative, creative, open to innovation, planned-budgeted, working as teams by improving our employees through continuous training on the basis of personal development, believing in the priority of quality of the products and services we provide.
