Human Resources, Training and Improvement Policy

We believe that we can carry our companies to the future only with our employees, depending on the philosophy of “People First”. For this reason, training qualified and high quality human on the basis of personal development planning is our desire. We believe that this desire may be realized by the efforts of our employees, our company managers to lead. Because we know that our “Vision”, “Mission” and “Goal”s may only be achieved by our “Qualified Human” force and our “Organic Institution Culture”.

For this reason; it is the base of our Human Resources understanding to setup a modern Human Resources System by constituting a success focused  and a supportive institution culture and as a result of this, improving and carrying on the current peaceful, tranquil, safe business environment.

For this reason, it is one of our leading targets to support our employees in their struggle to survive the "competitive environment" of the developing world and improve their abilities. We should plan any kind of Training and Improvement activities and use all available training resources in order to achieve this goal.

Also we believe in the benefit of adopting “Crosswise Training” activities in all levels, which will help our employees to be active, exited, struggling and which will fire their instinct for success.

Lean Management, Participative Approach, Efficient Communication, Team Working, Claiming Sense and Seeking for the best efforts will accelerate the working dynamics of our company. We also wish that our employees share any kind of information and expertise and our company managers promote their staff for this sharing environment.

It is one of our most important goals to transform the efficient organization model which manages itself and consequently ‘Total Quality Management’ into a life style at our companies by improving our Human Resources and company organizations and making the ‘behaviour and culture change’ .

Another important subject is that; under the light of “People First” philosophy, OHS-EH (Occupational Health and Safety - Environment Health) constitutes the base of our Human Resources policy.

With the aim of achieving all these desires in the shortest mean of time, with the most efficient way and using the least resources required in a coordinated method; we believe that it will be more useful to guide the systematic studies devoted to our Human Resources and training, measuring and development activities via Holding Human Resources Director with the cooperation and support of relevant department  managers at our companies.
