The foundation of Cafer Sadık Abalıoğlu Holding was layed by our founder Mr. Cafer Sadık Abalıoğlu sixty seven years ago. The principles named as “People First” and “Share with the society improving the receivings from them” have been the base dynamics of Cafer Sadık Abalıoğlu Holding’s development. All of the Cafer Sadık Abalıoğlu Holding companies have been working dedicated to the basic values it has set and they have been existing with a culture open to development and improvement. Cafer Sadık Abalıoğlu Holding and its employees share the joy of voyaging the future hand-to-hand by moving for success believing in "continuous development" and "higher life standards".

1951	Entrance to Textile industry with our Cotton Ginning Facility...

1975	We have joined as the major partner to Dentas Corrugated Cardboard Industries Inc.

1976	Abalıoğlu Automotive Inc. was founded...

1983	We have become a partner of Er-Bakır Electrolytic Copper Products Inc.

1985	Dentaş Moulded Fiber Facility was established.

1990	Abalıoğlu Textile was established with cotton yarn facility.

1991	All these companies have come together under the framework of Cafer Sadık Abalıoğlu Holding.

1993	Dentaş Paper Facility was established.

1996	DOCEV Nature and Environment Foundation was established.
	In September 2004, as a result of the decision to quit the hygienic papers sector, Dentas Paper Industries Inc. has sold to Sofidel Paper Industries Inc. who is established in Denizli with 100 percent of foreign capital.

1999	Cafer Sadık Abalıoğlu Education and Culture Foundation was founded.

2000	Dentaş Packaging and Paper Industries Inc is registered and traded at Istanbul Stock Exchange (ISE)...

2002	Dentaş Corrugated Cardboard Industries Inc. Çorlu factory was established.

2004	Dentaş Romania SRL was established.

2006	Dentaş Romania started to production.

2007	Abalioglu Cotton Industries Inc. has changed its name in 2007 after acquiring the licence for
	warehousing. The new name of the company is ABALIOGLU AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS LICENCED WAREHOUSING AND INDUSTRIES INC. and it is first licenced warehousing company in Turkey.
